PERSONAL ASSISTANT DUTIES

The PA is the 1st point of contact for staff ,contractors ..

General day to day administrative support dor the Private side lifestyle of the Principal .Demonstrating highest levels of Diplomacy and confidentiality .

Adaptable ,easygoing, Calming and Positive . Confident and energetic.

The Responsibilities :

  • Extensive Diary Management .

  • Providing assistance for travel personal and business .trips :coordinating itineraries, stay ,flights ..

  • Communications with external suppliers .

  • Setting up internal meetings .

  • Handling all aspects of household and staff invoices 

  • Collating and submitting all expenses .

  • Running Events ,planning parties and sourcing caterers .

  • Chairing meetings between suppliers and disigners, ensuring agendas are distrubeted to relevant parties.

  • Direct communicatio with Lawyers , finalize contractors..

  • Manage the bookeeping inventories .

  • Dealing with correspondance ,drafting typing…writing reports .

  • Personal trainer , providing solutions for beauty, diet , fitness, massages …

  • Keeping up with Bright Principals ..
